Hacktron researchers discovered two vulnerabilities, a heap buffer overflow in libheif Opus 5 and an SSO misconfiguration in OpenAI's identity infrastructure, which allowed them to compromise multiple OpenAI employees' ChatGPT accounts and access internal OpenAI repositories.
